Living as an Au Pair in America - The Au Pair Experience

 

Being an au pair in America is an experience you'll never forget! There will be new and exciting things to see and do everyday.

 
There is no better way to learn about a culture than to live it. By being a part of an American host family you will experience more than you could as a visitor.  You will experience American holidays, birthdays, family celebrations, dinners out, and watching kids' sporting events with the family! Even the day-to-day things, like going to the grocery store, will make you understand America better!  Some things will be new, strange, and maybe even funny; some things you will see are exactly the same.  

 
During your year you will have 6 weeks to travel in America; spend a week in New York City for Au Pair Orientation and Training and you will have the opportunity to explore options to study in the U.S. by taking classes at American colleges and universities. Your year will be full of fun and adventure!
