Au Pair Services

childcare services in home live inAu Pairs provide childcare services within the home.  Host families typically choose au pair services over nanny services because au pairs are international exchange visitors who agree to provide live-in childcare to a U.S. host family in exchange for room, board, a small weekly cash stipend and days off each month.  Au pairs choose to come to the United States because they enjoy working with kids, and they would like to experience life in America for a year or more.  It is a cultural exchange program, and au pairs also enjoy sharing aspects of their own culture with their host family.

Childcare Services Provided by Au Pairs:

  • Dropping the children off and picking them up from school or activities
  • Helping children with homework
  • Assisting in keeping the children's rooms clean
  • Cooking light meals for the children
