Au Pair USA Travel Voucher Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 1, 2024

Thank you for choosing our au pair program! We’re excited to offer a special promotion to au pairs who arrive after March 1, 2024, and successfully complete 90 days on our au pair program. As a token of our appreciation, you will be eligible to receive a $300 travel voucher from Student Universe. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the details of this promotion:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• To be eligible for the $300 travel voucher, you must:
• Begin your initial Au Pair USA program between March 1, 2024 and August 31, 2024.
• Successfully complete a minimum of 90 days on the Au Pair USA program.

2. Voucher Details:

• The $300 travel voucher will be issued for use solely with Student Universe.
• Travel must be arranged through Student Universe using the following link https://www.studentuniverse.com/travel-services/interexchange/affiliate/interexchange
• The travel voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the au pair.
• The travel voucher balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The travel voucher will expire 12 months from the date of issuance or 30 days after program end date, whichever comes first.

3. Geographic Restrictions:

• This promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations. It is void where prohibited by law.
• Au pairs are responsible for making their own travel arrangements
• Au pairs are responsible for understanding any visa requirements or restrictions before arranging the ticket

4. Voucher Issuance:

• The $300 travel voucher will be provided within the first 30 days of your participation in our au pair program.
• The voucher will become valid on or before the 90th day of your participation, provided you remain in good standing and are actively placed with a host family while providing au pair services.

5. General Terms:

• The au pair agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The agency is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or problems that may occur during the voucher issuance or redemption process.
• The agency will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies in voucher usage with Student Universe.
• The agency will not reimburse any travel that is disrupted for any reason.
