Cleveland and Akron, OH Au Pair Cluster Activities

Each month, our Au Pair USA Local Coordinators arrange meetings and social events for au pairs. A sample of some recent events includes:

 

January: Our January cluster meeting was indoor Ice Skating at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, OH. We met up with another group of au pairs from another agency, and spent the afternoon laughing, falling off of our ice skates, and getting to know eachother.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

February: In honor of Valentines Day, our cluster meeting was about CHOCOLATE! We made a big chocolate fondue at my house, talked, and just enjoyed the yummy chocolate.

 

 

 

 

 

December: Holiday Party and Cookie Exchange! Some of the au pairs baked cookies for the exchange with their host families. Others brought along some cookies from the local bakery. Everyone ended up trying some type of cookie that they never tasted before, and we all found a few new favorite treats! Afterward, we all helped prepare and serve a big holiday dinner.
