Au Pair USA Calendar Photo Submissions

Deadline for inclusion in the 2009 Calendar is September 1, 2008

Each year, Au Pair USA creates a calendar featuring photos of au pairs and the children they care for. We invite you to submit your photos for consideration.

Criteria for Submission:

All photos should be in color and feature both au pairs and children or the whole family.
Digital images should be taken at the highest resolution possible for your camera.
Developed photos should be printed in a larger format and mailed to Au Pair USA. 8" x 6" (standard 6" x 4" is usually ok, too) or larger will ensure the picture will reproduce clearly when printed and increase the likelihood of inclusion. We will return your photo if you ask us to.
Please print the family's name and address and the au pair's name and home country on the back of the photo or include it in your email. Au Pair USA will include only the family's last name and the au pair's name and home country on the calendar. Children's names and the host family's city/state will not be printed.
All submissions should include a photo release form signed by both host families and au pairs. If you do not want your photos to be considered for other uses, such as in our brochure or on our website, please indicate this on your photo release form.

E-mail Submissions:
Please copy and paste the content of the photo release form (see below) into an e-mail and indicate your approval for the photos to be used. Send your emails to apdossier@interexchange.org

Postal Mail Submissions:
If you prefer to mail a developed photo, please print the family's name and address and the au pair's name and home country on the back of the photo. We will return your photo upon request.
