Each month, our Au Pair USA Local Coordinators arrange meetings and social events for au pairs.
Recent events included:

Snow Skiing Weekend at Timberline WV Ski Resort

We all carpooled and caravanned up the mountain.   It was a long drive in the dark but a beautiful drive home and the weekend in between with Skiing Lessons,  Snow boarding, A Hawaiian luau, over and under 21 clubs to dance out.  Meals and skiing all for 1 price !  WHAT a terrific weekend! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flying Circus Airshow

This was a really fun day! It was thrilling to watch the stunt pilots dip and roll their airplanes above the crowd. We all watched the airshow, and a few of the au pairs even took a ride in the bi-plane! I'm sure it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for them!

 

 

 

 

 

International Dinner and DJ Night

Rene cooks a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for 200 host and au pairs are invited,  Au pairs make dessert from their country and we combine If for a night of fun,  Prizes are handed out and after the hosts and the children are tired. The DJ starts to play music and we dance into the night. 

 

 

 

 

Washington DC Christmas Tour with a concert at the Kennedy Center.
The city of Washington DC offers a great tour to see all the sights decked out in their Christmas decorations, and the au pairs were very impressed by all the beautiful lights, and took lots of photos. Afterward, we attended a concert at the Kennedy Center on the Millenium stage and walked the the hall of Countries.
