Host Family and Au Pair agree that a failure to meet these requirements disqualifies Au Pair from eligibility from the Contest and Prize. Host Family and Au Pair agree that limitations on the Au Pair’s eligibility to travel may be based on U.S. Department of State and Department of Homeland Security regulations of the Au Pair’s J-1 Visa status.

Host Family and Au Pair understand and agree that the following are not eligible to participate in the Contest: (i) InterExchange’s employees, agents, officers and directors; (ii) their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies; and (iii) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not).
